You often hear me talk about nutrition and the importance of a healthy diet. There are so many ideas and people's opinions on the internet it is hard to know where to start. What I suggest is that you find someone you like to follow in terms of what results they have, give their nutrition plan a go and see how you get on!

After I workout I always have a post recovery shake that has all the essential ingredients your body needs to recover and give you the best results! There are a few ideas on what is the right fruits to eat and what I suggest is that if you are looking to lose weight you stay away from bananas unless you have one before your workout with your pre workout drink. Or after you finish the workout with the post recovery shake. I will tend to stay away from them if I would out after 5pm because they contain a great deal of carbs. This is just what works for my body and my clients!
