10 Minute Legs

Just 10 minutes everyday using this video is going to improve your strength and build your legs body. Using weights will create more residence, making the workout more challenging for your body. Get through all of the workout to maximize your results!

You get a new workout every Monday on YouTube but the best way to use my workouts is to follow the monthly calendar that will keep you on track with your fitness regime! 

When you are doing this workout it is up to you to use weights. Just because you add weights into your routines does not mean that you will get bulky. It takes a lot to put on muscle and you have to eat a lot more and lifting very heavy!
