Upper Body Challenge

Five minutes of arm exercises...you're thinking "I can do that", right? Well, let's get to it! Before too long you will realize that holding your arms up the whole time is harder than it sounds! Don't worry because I'll be doing it with you, so make sure you smile along with me and do the moves.

The challenge here is to never lower those arms. Keep everything tight and engaged because TIGHT IS RIGHT! If you do this workout a few times a week, you will find the whole thing becoming easier over time. Little by little you are going to get to where you want to go! I just need you to stay consistent, stay positive, and of course, stay fueled and nourished! 

Eating the right foods is so important and I can't stress it enough. If you want to see results and you want to shed the fat, then you need to be eating! You just need to be eating the right foods. Consider that your body is the most precious thing that you'll own, and you should treat it as such! Remember that when you sit down for a meal and keep that 80% nutrition going strong!
