Happy Monday! It is new workout day! Our new video is called Miley Cyrus Legs! We always see Miley Cyrus wearing leotards and tiny little outfits so how could we miss those sky high legs! Not only are they sky high, they are toned. This ten minute video incorporated lunges and different lower body strength developing moves. It will get your heart rate going and tone your gams. This workout will target your quads, glutes, calves and inner thighs.
Just like every Monday, I remind you that fitness is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. So please, remember to eat clean and sign up for my Nutrition Plan. I will personally help you to stay focused on your nutrition and workouts and you will have access to a fantastic community of RL Healthy members.

Since many of you may be starting to see the seasons change, comment below and share with me some recipes or workouts youmight like to see for the changing seasons.
